I'm over the virus now.   Fully back to normal apart from pain in my legs.

That's a side effect of not having any exercise while in quarantine (and not really being up to it in any case).  With me, not getting a daily run means I get sciatica (Pain in the legs from a pinched nerve). And the sciatica makes me walk differently, which creates pain in other parts of my legs.

Fortunately, no other health problems. Thanks to Montelukast, I didn't even get an asthma attack!

I think everyone's Covid experience is different.  In our family, the symptoms were runny nose, cough, loss of appetite, and exhaustion.  None of us lost our sense of smell (and yes, two members of the family did have a positive test result).

Richard took just two days to get over it, I needed about a dozen to really feel normal again, though I was back on my feet and doing things after six or seven days.

Lindsey is back at work humping heavy bags of mail.  Her wife is still under the weather, but she has long term health problems which Covid just added to.

Oswin (age 6) had no symptoms at all.

So, looks like I've dodged the bullet on long Covid.  I'm seeing the physio this afternoon, which will hopefully sort out my leg pain and make it easier for me to get back to my morning exercise run.

Meanwhile, with the schools closed again, we're back teaching Oswin.  There's a lot more support from the school now, but we're getting problems with excessive security.  We asked for help so that we could log in on my computer so that I could print out worksheets.

A teacher contacted the school office for help and they changed Oswin's password, but owing to a crossed wire somewhere, neither the teacher nor the office have told any of the family what the new password is....
