Faster than a speeding bullet!

Yesterday, my back was so bad that I could only walk at the pace of an arthritic snail.

It's massively better today - I'm at the pace of an arthritic wombat!

It's progress in the right direction...

I've looked at the embroidery I've started. The grid has 120 squares. I've done two in two days (and that's a fair bit of stitching for me). This could be a lengthy project, but it's a very pretty picture and one I'll actually want to hang on the wall when I've completed it.

I think, today, I might finally be awake enough to do a little bit more of my Open Universiry work. Fingers crossed for sea-bottom habitats...
