I've currently got two 'class A' US Air Force uniforms (ie. the smart uniform with the blue jacket and medal ribbons). One of them is a woman's uniform and is really too small for me. Would anyone be interested in buying it? I've got the jacket (with insignia), trousers, blouse, and a few other items that I really want to keep, but might be talked into.

If anyone is interested, I'll give more details of size.

Would be ideal for Dr Fraiser or Sam Carter. (It was originally collected as a uniform for Fraiser, but has the insignia for major as well as captain)

I bought these for the insanely low price of 50 pounds (the jacket alone is worth more than that), but I'm not looking to make a profit. As long as I don't lose money, I'm willing to sell them to a fan who will enjoy them. If I don't get an offer for the set, I'm happy to sell items separately. I can keep some of them to use with my other uniform jacket.

Feel free to pass this onto any fans whom you feel might be interested. Would suit fans of Stargate or JAG.

Instead of producing a souvenier programme before the convention, Paragon II decided to produce one afterwards.

Anyone fancy coming to see the Pirates of Penzance in Poole in October? There's a matinee and evening performance on Sat 29th October. It's only an amateur performance, but their director used to work for the D'Oyly Carte. And at £12 per ticket, it's actually affordable.

Henry finally got an LJ account. I doubt he'll post much but, in theory at least, it should make it easier to keep in touch when he's at university and also means he can post on the Interaction forum using his own name rather than mine or Richard's.

So, the Proctor lineup is now Richard [livejournal.com profile] waveney, me [livejournal.com profile] watervole and Henry [livejournal.com profile] exalted_mugwump.

I doubt that we'll see Kelvin (my eldest) on LJ - he doesn't like typing much.

I doubt we'll see Henry posting much, but you never know, he might get the bug.

Mugwump has been a family nickname for Henry for many years. I don't even recall where it originated now (it predates Harry Potter and Dumbledore's use of the title). He'd have gone for supreme_mugwump, but that was already taken.

I am eternally grateful to those people who put memes behind cut tags. I love reading about my friends' lives, but memes, especially the randomly generated ones, bore me to tears.

I don't count the memes that people fill in themselves which exclude anything computer-generated. They're often quite interesting.

There's a couple of very nice, interesting people whose journals I don't read, simply because I can't cope with all the memes that aren't behind cut tags.
