Ooh, with their spreadsheet and a document. I'm thinking of grabbing those and writing my own program (and possibly adding some more variables; they admit that theirs is based on fixed GDP and population growth for instance).

Thanks for that link, I'll also be monitoring it to see what other changes they make to refine it.
