Asperger's Quiz

I just did the Aspie quiz which can be found at http://www.rdos.net/eng/Aspie-quiz.php

Your Aspie score: 45 of 200
Your neurotypical (non-autistic) score: 140 of 200
You are very likely neurotypical

Pretty much what I expected. Unlike many fannish types, I don't have much of a tendency towards Asperger's. The questions seem quite well organised and well thought out (unlike some quizes that you see). I gather the guy is looking to see if there is any correlation between certain physical traits and Asperger's symptoms.

Very similar to yours.

It would have been interesting to have a question later on about how "quitness" was interpreted. I agree with the suggestion of "Do you find abbreviations like Aspie irritating?" as a good question.

I also wonder if the test stats could correlate anything to the way we answer overall. For example, some may use mostly 1s and don't-knows, while I almost always used 0 or 2. One of the exceptions is the silly "Do you prefer animals to people?" question: all depends on which people an which animals.

That's an interesting thought. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a correlation between Aspergers and a tendency to only use 0 and 2.

Whereas I used 1 quite a lot. eg. I took the view that I prefered some animals to some people and therefore ticked 1.

I used 1 quite a lot, though.
