How does one view 'friends of friends'?

I went to look at the relevent page on LJ and it told me I had the wrong account type to view the page telling me how to do this. However, I have a paid account and it's happy to let me use other paid features.

You know the segment of the URL in your browser bar where it says /friends/? Replace it with /friendsfriends/.
