Looks like it was published in April this year, and Hugo nominations closed April 30. That's not enough time for enough people to have read it and decided to nominate ... however, it will be eligible for nomination next year in Glasgow (still within first year of publication).

Are you sure about the DRM thing? The page you link to says "Download options: EPUB 3 (Adobe DRM)", which doesn't look good.

I'm not 100% certain. I know a lot of their stuff is DRM free, maybe no all?
