 Pain slightly down.  I can do up to four minutes of very gentle Tai Chi, though trying to  find a comfortable position to sleep in is almost impossible. 

So, reading a lot of fanfic as I can do that while lying down. 

My favourite so far is a wonderful crossover with Garak from DS9 meating Bster from Babylon 5. Written by SelenaK
The conversation between two well matched,  devious and manipulative characters is spot on for both them, and highly entertaining.
