 For all the government's claims to be processing refugee visas quickly, it's clear that they aren't.

Our Ukranian contact has been waiting 9 days now, and a friend of ours has been waiting several days longer than that.

It's not good.

Well, no. The government reckons the overlap between people who care about this and potential Conservative voters is small, while the number of Conservative voters who object to more foreigners, of any kind, is much larger.
