Indian call centres
Never trust a call centre in another country. I just had problems accessing my phone account online. I was putting in all my details correctly, but it kept on insisting I had the wrong password.
I phoned them up to confirm I was using the correct password. I was.
It was only after several minutes of argument and getting him to spell my e-mail address back to me (I'd already spelt it to him) that we finally figured out.
He had me as judith@wabeney.org

In Hebrew the letters for 'b' and 'v' are the same, distinguished only by a dot to show whether it's a hard ('b') or soft ('v') sound.
