If you get the movie 'Finding Dory' it should have 'Piper' as an extra. At least it was on my DVD copy. I loved it, it's wonderful. Now I want to dig out my DVD and watch it again.

As a bird watcher, that is ludicrous. As a human being, it is absolutely lovely and I am so glad I watched it. Thank you so much for the recommendation.

Actually as a bird watcher it makes me long to get down to the coast and watch the real thing.

Well, as a bird lover, I appreciated the way the sandpipers ran in and out with the waves...

But the chick is all human. I loved, loved, the expression on her face when she was closing her eyes and waiting for food to get popper in her mouth, and the indignation when it failed to appear.

Our life has been enlivened over the last few days by Oswin turning into an entire flock of sandpipers...

They're very energetic.
