LJ Log ins, or lack thereof...

And it gets even odder. On LJ, I cant reply to a response in my journal.

I appear to be logged in until I try to reply. Then it tells me I'm not logged in, then it tells me to prove I'm  a human being, but with no box to follow instructions in....

Not good. That is why I am also here on DW in case something gets wrong with LJ.

I still feel that LJ gave me a great place to meet people, and to write. But I left a LONG time ago and now LJ's decline is just a bit sad.

At the moment I get logged out for every page save my own post/edit pages (which is why I can't see any friends-only posts from any of my friends, or indeed from myself once I've posted them...)

As I type this, DW has me posting as 'Anonymous'. When I press 'Post comment', it will tell me that I can't post anonymously to this journal then present me with the option of posting as "logged in account: igenlode" or "Dreamwidth account/ Account name: igenlode". What happens if you ignore the human being thing and try to post anyway?

I'm abandoning LJ. Everyone I want to keep in touch with has either moved here or become more active on facebook. I'll be closing my account in mid August.
