Born with two mothers

My recording is missing the last minute of this.

Please can anyone tell me how it ended? What did the judge decide? How did the parents react?

Well, they did comment that the genetic mother had been brought up as a mixed race child in a white household and had sufered problems because of this.

It seemed to be the child's interests that were being considered above all else.

I agree it would have been an even tougher question if the child had been white.

IT was well acted and produced. There was a lovely moment in court when the two mothers related to each other for a brief moment when one was describing her many IVF failures.
