My son passed his PSV test

My eldest is now a qualified bus driver. He's a very happy bunny. Bus driving pays quite well and he's now in line for all that lovely overtime as Xmas approaches.

He's always been a very careful driver, so I'm not totally surprised that he not only passed first time, but also did it with a large margin.

His last job nearly drove him crazy with a combination of low standards and staff who didn't care. He says the work environment is massively better where he is now and bus drivers are always in demand.

Have I met your eldest? I know I've met several of your children at Redemption: cool kids. Tell him congratulations from me anyway. Good bus drivers are a cause for celebration.

Well done K! And he isn't even a historian, as far as I remember! I associate bus drivers and historians, because before I went to college I knew a history graduate who was a bus driver, and when I got to college I knew a former bus driver who was taking a degree in history. But hey, I don't think it's necessary!
