British museum slouch

Just tried a meme (which failed to reproduce properly for some reason) which told me that for Xmas I must pay for my museums on time (and keep my SF clean!).

So, speaking of museums, who else is planning on going on the ZZ9 British Museum slouch on 12 Jan? 
I think it would make sense to try and book tickets for the Terracotta Warriors in advance.  (I tried to see if there were any still available, but the web site seems to be down)  I don't think we can be sure of getting them on the door.

It's completely sold out and there are no tickets available for advance booking on any date. There may be some more released at some point in the future, but the best bet is for a few people to turn up at about 8:30 on the day -- they keep back 500 tickets for sale on the day, starting at 9:15. One person can buy up to four tickets.

Ah. Looks like we need to find a suitable volunteer. I can't get into London that early, so I'd better see if anyone offers.

Sounds fantastic. I tried to book a while ago but there's no chance of that happening. I guess I'll be stood outside trying not to look too suspicious if I can get in that early!
(Providing I can get my ZZ9 membership renewed this year - it wont be anywhere near as much fun if I just turn up)
