What do you mean, 'mornay' isn't a valid word?

I learnt that one at school in cookery lessons - 'in a cheese sauce'.

Sigh, I expect it's in SOWPODS but it isn't in TWL.

Ah well, that's why they have official word lists - it avoids any arguments.
