Photos of garden and allotment
Let's see if this works...
I've never tried to post a photo to LJ before.

These were taken yesterday by
micavity on his mobile phone - you can see the row of compost bins and me on the far side weeding around some relic raspberries.

Looking across to the far corner where there will be (she says, confidently) Jerusalem artichokes. the choches currently have very small salad stuff under them. There's still a few weeds here and there, but I think most of the ones you can see here are intentional. They're a small round ball of a plant with a very strong smell and I think they were some kind of companion planting. I just wish I knew what they were and what they are intended to attract/repel.

This one is taken from a different corner by the gate. Still the same cloches. If you use your imagination, you can almost see the pigeon netting on the far left that
waveneyhas just put over the beans (they were getting very deckle-edged...)
Still far too much bare soil, but we're working on that.

Gosh, it is big.

It's hard to see the fence on the photo, but it's certainly bigger than my back garden (though not by a lot). And that's only a half plot!

My back is aching from the weeding, but not too badly.
