Phone lines

The problem with automated phone enquiry lines is that they can't answer simple questions like "Does that train stop at Clapham Junction".

My back aches - I'm too tired to repeat the process for Clapham Junction.

I never ever use the automated train enquiry - it drives me insane.

That particular number used to have a human being. They changed it...

Even the human beings are less useful than they were, because (understandably if they're in Bangalore) they don't quite understand why, when you ask about trains from Manchester to Bedford and they suggest a change at Preston, you respond with howls of laughter.

I thought everything stopped at Clapham Junction?
