Jurassic Coast

Went for a walk along part of the Jurassic Coast yesterday with [livejournal.com profile] waveney and [livejournal.com profile] dougs.

We really could not have asked for better weather. Lovely sunshine without getting too hot. Fantastic blue sky going to down the horizon of a sea that actually looked blue for once. We walked from Lulworth Cove to Durdle Door and sat on the beach and looked at the waves - I can look at waves coming in for ages, they have a beauty and fascination all of their own.

We bought some locally-caught fish for tea - red mullet - and it was delicious when [livejournal.com profile] waveney cooked it.

An excellent day which helped reduce my stress levels even more. (Still got to sort [livejournal.com profile] micavity's central heating out, but it's noticeable that the toothache is a lot less painful than it was. I can feel it as a background ache, but haven't had any really horrible attacks for several days now)

In the healing course I've just completed, teeth come under the root chakra which governs home, security, survival and job. So if you have concerns in any of these areas that you are 'chewing' on, then this is why. If you recognise an issue relating to any of these areas, you can relieve the pain by changing how you think about the issue (or you can leave it, or change it - although these two aren't easy to accomplish, which is why I put the emphasis on changing how you think about it).

Think about it before you dismiss it out of hand.

That's a nice walk, we did it spring half term. I'm glad we took the inland route to get back though, I'm no good at downhill and the surface was quite loose then.
