Have you had a chance to experiment with voice posts (http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=183) to LJ?
Thanks for the news about Enterprise - they must have disallowed my 'ex-chair of ICSF' points: they'd failed to specify a unit in which to measure age, so I calculated it in nanoseconds.

Nanoseconds sound good to me! I declare us the winners!
I've never dared try voice posts. My wrists and my voice have a long-running competition as to which is the worse on any given day. (hence the clanger icon for the bad voice days - I've been a bit croaky since I got home from Picocon)
Rinky Dink looks great fun - I'd never heard of it before.

Our poor Boofy cat has a cracked purr ever since having a unilateral thyroidectomy in September last. But otherwise, it was a miraculous cure, as Boofy's uncle died of hyperthyroid a year or three back, Boofy was dying and dangerously underweight, and is now prosperous and happy again :-)
I met Rinky Dink on the 3 Dec 05 climate march, although at that point my knees weren't up to riding him :-)
