Would #14 and #19 make a good couple? I looked and thought 'no way'. Then I looked again and thought 'hm'. They're both geeks which is a start. They'd have other things in common too, but I think religious/ethical views might diverge too much.

Where does #9 live? Officially resident in America, but known to spend very long periods in England and Australia. Also has good excuses for staying in Ireland.
