A friend of mine did a similar weight check on his Ventolin aerosols about 4 years ago; he weighed just the canister. A full one is 29g, fully empty is 11g, so 200 puffs is 18g, and one puff is 0.09g. I occasionally weigh mine when I'm getting dubious about their content.
