Riverford are wonderful - one of the few firms where I actually believe in the ethics they claim. They think the whole process through and try to minimise environmental damage right along the line.

I'll post gardening tips at some point. IN the meantime, chuck all your kitchen waste in the compost - that achieves several useful ends, including reducing methane in landfill.
