Something to think about when eating your cornflakes

I've been browsing the Science Museum website today (still not well enough to do actual work involving braincells, so watching Buffy and webrowsing mostly)

Came across this entry on John Harvey Kellogg, which I found amusing enough to share.  It's always fascinating to watch as views change on what is/is not good for your health...
