Yes, I definitely notice the difference, if I don't have chance to do anything for more than a few days. Not necessarily in terms of pain, but certainly in terms of a general feeling of awkwardness and stiffness compared to how I usually feel. Although I think that some basic benefits persist for longer, it's surprising how quickly you can notice losing your 'top form'.
