Wimborne Folk Festival

8-10 June is Wimborne Folk Festival.  Lots of morris dancing in the streets of a little country town, evening ceilidhs and some musical events too.  Always good fun.

waveney and I had volunteerd to play host to a dance team from Slovakia (sleeping bags all over the house), but sadly they've had to cancel as their musician dropped out.

If anyone wants to come down for the weekend and sleep on the floor (or even on the spare bed!), then now's your chance to grab a space.  We were rather looking forward to a full house...

Darn and drat (as I think I probably said last year) ... I'd have come, but I've got a friend visiting that weekend (only recently confirmed) but I guess you had a full house up until then ...

... oh well, there's always next year.
