Silvercon was fab!

We've just had a brilliant weekend. Loads of games: serious, silly, long, short, old, new. Great friends - as Dave (who didn't know any of my other friends before he came to the first Silvercon) remarked upon leaving "You've a great bunch of friends. Odd, but really nice to meet" Or words to that general effect.

I've laughed myself half-silly playing Rapidough, teased my brain with Roborally, pushed boats over the waterfall playng Niagra, discovered things I never knew about my friends while playing Scruples, talked, shared jokes, listened to beermat's incredible to find a suitable double-ententre to fit almost any line in a conversation, and basically been very very happy.

A big thank you to all those who came.

We'll be doing it again!

thank you both for being wonderful hosts and making such a good weekend, lots of new faces to play lots of new games with. Mr Wallet is cringing at the thought of more games to buy and share and pass on the fun with :)
