Swings and roundabouts

Well, the steroid tablets did indeed see off the asthma attack. There's only one slight problem. The stomach pains that are a side effect of the tablets have yet to go and it's well over 36 hours since I last took a tablet.

On the plus side, I can now for for a quick run in the morning without gasping desperately for breath before I reach the end of the road. I'm going to try and keep this habit up for the winter at least as I think it's helping the asthma overall.
