Customer service compliment
Today's award for a genuinely helpful person on the other end of the phone goes to Lever Brothers (I think they're also Unilever) who make Comfort fabric conditioner.
A really friendly lady who was courteous about the problem, suggested a practical solution and spontaneously offered me a voucher in spite of the problem probably being at least half my fault (I had had the bottles on the shelf a long time, but I've never had the contents go solid before) She even tracked the batch the bottles came from.
