I wish this voice trouble would go away. I hate it when I can only talk in whispers for half the time and I can't talk at all when walking along busy roads as I can't speak above the traffic noise.
Bah, what a pain :/ This is where sign or cued speech would be handy, but neither are widespread enough to be of use to most people. FWIW, cued speech is supposed to be quick to learn (and therefore potentially useful for conversation with friends or relatives) though I've never used it so have no idea how it sits with RSI.
